The sauna seats 4 comfortably, 6 is cozy. Larger groups will naturally take turns inside the sauna.

Saunas are meant to be enjoyed in rounds — heat, cool down, rest, repeat.
With 7–8 guests, the rotation happens naturally:some are in the sauna
some are cooling off
some are hydrating or relaxing outside
This creates a better, more traditional sauna flow.

Sauna Socials are $35 per person.
There is a 6 person minimum and and 10 person maximum in order for a sauna social to occur

Towel to dry off
Water bottle – no glass bottles
Flip-flops, slides, or outdoor slippers
Warm, cozy layers for between sauna rounds — half the experience is outdoors!
Think: robe, thick socks, toque, puffy down coat, or anything comfy to bundle up in.

You have to be 18 or older to book the sauna. No children under 12 years old are allowed in the sauna. All under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Swimwear, light weight towels & sarongs can be worn inside the sauna
Robes or warm layers between rounds - think cozy you will be outdoors because you will be outdoors

Yes there is a cold plunge in our backyard. For adventure saunas the cold plunge is the river or the lake.
