4th AVE SESSIONS
Our wood-fired mobile sauna is tucked into the backyard of our home, offering a relaxed, welcoming, and intentionally simple experience.
This is a private, backyard sauna experience designed to feel easy and down to earth. Think local and personal—not a spa, just really good heat.
Each two-hour session gives you time to heat up, cool down, and fully relax.
Must be 18 or older with valid ID to book a session.
Private Booking
The sauna seats 4 comfortably, 6 is cozy.
We allow up to 8 people per booking, but groups of 8 will need to take turns inside the sauna.
The traditional way to sauna is to rotate between heat, cool-down & rest.

We bring the sauna to nearby lakes or rivers for a heat and cold plunge experience in nature.
Enjoy the majesty of the beautiful East Kootenays while immersing yourself in the sauna experience. The wood-fired sauna pairs beautifully with cold water dips in the lake or river.

Backyard social
Sauna Socials are community style sessions for men and women, hosted in the backyard sauna at our home.
Settle into the sauna, cold plunge, and warm up by the fire. Share time with familiar faces and new friends in our backyard. Building community around a healthy experience will be memorable.
